By accessing, using, or purchasing any of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
ITZ is a brand operated by Built For More Enterprises LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Built For More Enterprises LLC.
All signals, analysis, trade sheets, session plans, coaching calls, mentorship, courses, and any other content or information provided by ITZ through any platform are strictly for educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing provided by ITZ constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading recommendations, tax advice, or any form of regulated financial service. ITZ and its coaches are not licensed financial advisors, brokers, or investment firms. You are solely responsible for your own trading and financial decisions.
ITZ is a peer education and community business. Our instructors teach their own personal methods and experience: business, systems, and online-building education is shared by the founder based on his own experience, and trading education is taught by an instructor based on his own approach. We are not professional advisors and we are not acting as your advisor, fiduciary, agent, or broker in any capacity.
Any trading signals or alerts distributed by ITZ are generated automatically by software (an algorithm/bot). They are produced without human discretion, without knowledge of your personal circumstances, and without any duty of care to you. Automated signals may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, interrupted, or wrong, and may fail to send at any time. You acknowledge that you are receiving general, automated, educational information — not a personal recommendation from any individual.
You alone decide whether, when, and how to trade. You are solely responsible for every trading and financial decision you make. You agree that you are not relying on ITZ, any coach, or any tool as your financial advisor, and that any action you take based on our education or signals is taken at your own discretion and your own risk.
Trading forex, indices, commodities, stocks, and cryptocurrencies involves significant risk of loss and is not suitable for all people. You acknowledge and accept that:

ITZ makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or profitability of any signal, education, mentorship, or information provided. We do not guarantee any specific results, income, profit, or outcome from following our signals, completing our education, or participating in our mentorship. Any examples of results are illustrative only and are not a promise or guarantee of your results.
Certain Services are offered for a fee, including but not limited to subscriptions, courses, and one-on-one mentorship programs (each, a "Paid Product"). By purchasing a Paid Product you agree to pay all applicable fees listed at the time of purchase.
All sales are final. All payments to ITZ are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. This includes subscriptions, courses, mentorship programs, and any other Paid Product.
Because our Paid Products deliver digital content, community access, and/or personal coaching immediately or on a scheduled basis, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with trading results, failure to use or attend the product, loss of access due to violation of these Terms, or any reason not required by law. By purchasing, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
If you initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal in violation of this refund policy, we reserve the right to immediately and permanently suspend your access to all Services, pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus any associated fees and costs, and dispute the claim with evidence of your agreement to these Terms. Filing a fraudulent or bad-faith chargeback is a breach of these Terms.
ITZ may recommend, link to, or receive compensation (including referral commissions or rebates) from third-party brokers and other third-party services. This does not affect the objectivity of our educational content, and you are never obligated to use any specific broker or third party to access our Services.
Any relationship you enter into with a broker or other third party is solely between you and that third party. ITZ is not responsible or liable in any way for the acts, omissions, services, performance, solvency, or conduct of any third-party broker or provider — including, without limitation, if a broker freezes, restricts, loses, or refuses to release your funds; changes its terms; is shut down, sanctioned, or ceases operations; or otherwise fails to perform. You use any third-party broker or service entirely at your own risk.
Your funds deposited with any broker remain in your own account with that broker; ITZ never takes custody of, holds, or controls your trading funds.
Mentorship and coaching provide education, guidance, and access to instructors. They do not include managed trading, trading on your behalf, guaranteed availability of any specific coach, or any guaranteed result. Session scheduling is subject to availability. Failure to attend or use scheduled sessions does not entitle you to a refund or additional sessions.
Access to ITZ channels and Services is provided subject to compliance with these Terms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or revoke access at any time for violation of these Terms or at our sole discretion. Any free or promotional access is offered at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
All content produced by ITZ — including signals, educational materials, videos, trade sheets, graphics, course content, and branding — is the intellectual property of Built For More Enterprises LLC. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access purchased content for your own individual use. You may not reproduce, record, redistribute, resell, or commercialize our content, or share your access with others, without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Built For More Enterprises LLC and its owners, employees, coaches, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or reliance on the Services, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or the acts of any third party.
In all cases, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the total amount you actually paid to ITZ for the specific product giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Built For More Enterprises LLC and its owners, employees, coaches, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your trading activity, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
By using ITZ Services you agree to:
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services or purchase any Paid Product. By using the Services you represent that you meet these requirements.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will post the updated Terms on our website with a new effective date and may notify members through our channels.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief for infringement of intellectual property.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
